PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for developer scraper plates by supplying the developer supplied by means of a bucket roller, etc. to a developing roll by way of a pooling place for the developer formed by a developer pool forming member. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic developer sucked up by the bucket vanes 13a... of a bucket roller 13 is attracted to the peripheral surface of a revolving sleeve 11 of a developing roll opposing thereto by means of a developing magnet 15. Then, a developer pool part 17 is formed by way of a developer pool forming member 16, and the ear height of the developer brush is determined by the developer of which the conveyance is not blocked by the member 16, whereby the latent image of a photoreceptor 12 is developed. Only the excess developer of lowred concn. is scraped from the sleeve 11 by the vanes 13a.... Hence, the developer brush is formed without using any scraper members, the occurrence of stagnation, etc. of the developer is obviated and the good developing processing is accomplished. |
