PURPOSE:To detect minute signals with excellent sensitivity of memorizing data from a gas tomagraphic detector on a memory and after operating such as substruction to register and indicate. CONSTITUTION:Pure gas is analized by a gastomagraph to make the signals thereof memorized on a memory 3. Next, a gaseous sample containing the impurities is analized to make the signals thereof also memorized on the memory 3 to denote these by X1 and X2 respectively. Inside the memory 3 a fixed former time than that when the signals reach a certain level is selected as the reference point so that the charts of X1 and Y2 are taken out with a completed reference point. Accordingly when the memory 3 and a substructor 4 are operated simultaneously, the result of X1-X2 are taken out as output. Thereby only the peak of the required impurities are obtained so that even the slightest quantity of impurities can be analized with high sensitivity. |
