摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a visual angle characteristic affected by a switching element or a metallic wire, especially a visual angle characteristic in a reflection type one using no light shielding body, so as to increase a good item ratio. SOLUTION: Two lines of pixel electrodes 12 arranged in the Y direction and two metallic wires 11 are arranged alternately in the X direction, and all the pixel electrodes 12 in one line are connected to the metallic wire 11 on the left side via MIM (metal-insulator-metal type diode) terminals 13, while all the pixel electrodes 12 in the next line are connected to the metallic wire 11 on the right side via the MIM elements 13. If two pixel electrodes 12 adjacent to each other in the X direction are selected in any combination, the positions of the MIM terminals 3 connected to respective pixel electrodes 12 are always symmetric with respect to the line or a point, so that visual angle characteristics to the two pixels are overlapped together symmetrically when they are seen from the sufficiently far position with respect to the pixel size.</p>
