PURPOSE:To quicken office transaction by listing the processing results of every account title by each item of accounts through using a computer, and by collating normal account information in every transaction with debtor accounts and creditor accounts by each item of account and respective accumulated amounts. CONSTITUTION:On one side of an original slip 1, a date column 2, a debt item column 3, a debt item code column 4, an account column 5, a creditor item column 6, a creditor item code column 7, a summary column 8, and an other entry column are provided. Further, a code indicating the operation of a computer is entered in a start column 11, and a discrimination code in case when not only accounting transaction but also stock control, etc., are performed is entered in a program code column 12; and a code for discrimination among general journalizing, closing entries, etc., is also entered in a processing discrimination column 13. When these data are inptted to an electric computer on the basis of the slip 1, accounting is performed by a prescribed program. Then, processing results are outputted as a list of five slip parts 21, for example, connected successively. |
