PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic head of good abrasion resistance by laminating and bonding magnetic cores by the use of an adhesive resin mixed with powder of high hardness. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic cores consisting of a metallic material are bonded by an adhesive resin mixed with finely divided powders of oxide, nitride, carbide, boride, etc. having high hardness (for example; alpha-Fe2O3 of about <=1mu grain size). If those with particle shapes like needles or flat plates (CrO2, BN, etc.) are used as the above-mentioned finely divided powder, the particles are arranged in parallel to the core surface by applying a pressure during laminating, whereby the uniform and thin finely divided power is formed and good results are obtained. |
