The title is described for the prepn. of polyamide synthetic fiber knitted goods by forming crimp as chemical treatment for preserve knitted loop of knitted goods. Soln. was manufd. by mixing of weak acidic acetic acid and acidic aqueous alum having soluble water and K+, Al+++, SO4-- ion in water. Then polyamide synthetic fiber knitted goods were dipped to the mixed soln. to give delicate crimp of fiber itself.
