PURPOSE:To increase the efficiency of a capacitor charging circuit and to shorten the charging time of the circuit by connecting a rectifying circuit having a capacitor to be charge as a load through a coupling capacitor to a resonance circuit forming a collector tuning type oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A collector tuning type oscillator 1 is formed of a push-pull circuit having transistors Q1, Q2, collector coil NC, base coil NB and output coil N0, and a resonance circuit 2 having output coil N0 and resonance capacitor C2. It is connected through a rectifying circuit 3 connected to a load capacitor C0 and a coupling capacitor C3, and the ratio of the capacities of a resonance capacitor C2 and the capacitor C3 is set in the range of 1/20-20. Since the impedance of the load from the power side is increased to extremely reduce the power loss, it can improve the efficiency and can also shorten the charging time of the circuit. |
