<p>The device consists of a radiation collector, with photo voltaic cells which may be either manually or automatically oriented and an electrical energy storage battery to satisfy peak demands along with control and regulation circuitry. A thermally insulated container is either heated or cooled by PELTIER cells, controlled and regulated in temperature with a temperature sensor inside the container. The controller checks the correct function of the system elements and produces an indication if any element fails.</p> |
