PURPOSE:To curtail a number of parts and the material cost and also contrive the improvement of the assembling operativity without using E-rings, spacers and the like by a method wherein grooves are formed on the output shaft, and the grooves are pressurized to form a projection for holding a bearing. CONSTITUTION:The pair of the grooves 9 and the projection 10 which is situated between the grooves 9 and is larger than a shaft diameter of the output shaft 6 are integratedly formed at a prescribed position of the output shaft 6, and hold the bearing 4 at an end surface of the projection 10 and constitute a thrust receiver. In addition, a thrust receipt plate 11 is interposed when a ball bearing is used. Said projection 10 forms the pair of the grooves 9 at a prescribed interval at the prescribed positions on the output shaft 6, and pressure jigs are inserted in part in the grooves 9 to pressurize the end surfaces of the grooves facing each other in the direction of the thrust. Thereby, the material cost is curtailed and the assembling operativity can be improved without reauiring the E-rings, spacers and the like. |
