PURPOSE:To obtain the maximum solenoid attractive force by a method wherein one end of a flexible coil comprising a braided wire or a conductive spring member is contacted with a movable iron core and the other end with a fixed iron core. CONSTITUTION:A movable iron core 2 is pressed to be separated from the fixed iron core 1 by means of a return spring 3. A yoke 4 magnetically coupling the both iron cores 1, 2 therebetween is comprised of upper and lower separated bodies 4a and 4b. Both ends 5a, 5b of the flexible coil 5 made of the braided wire, the conductive spring other the like are contacted with the both iron cores 1, 2 through insulators 6 and follow to a reciprocating motion of the movable iron core 2 due to the spring property. Thereby, the coil 5 is always situated between the both iron cores 5 even in the attraction and translation of the movable iron core 2 and always the maximum solenoid attractive force can be obtained. |
