PURPOSE:To digitize data nearby the electrode of a detection terminal, to realize a little influence of noises, and to make the possibility of error occurrence small by modulating continuous light into pulses at a detection terminal side according to a detection terminal input and transmitting it as a digital light signal to the photodetection part of a data reception signal through an optical transmitting means. CONSTITUTION:A light source module 28 consists of an LED with emits light continuously, and its light arrives at a detection part module 10 through the optical fibers 15a of an optical transmission part 11 and is modulated by a liquid crystal cell 18 in an optical unit 13 corresponding to the detection signal of a thermocouple 27 and sent to an optical reception module 29 through the optical fiber 15b of the optical transmission part 11. This signal is converted by an S/P converting circuit 30 into a parallel signal, which is inputted to a data buffer 31 temporarily and transferred to a central processing circuit 32 at proper timing. The central processing circuit 32 performs specific recording processing according to the input signal. Consequently, the data transmission is securely performed nearly without being affected by noises. |
