METHOD FOR LETTERPRESS PRINTING, PRINTING INK USED FOR THE METHOD, AND LETTERPRESS PRINTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by improving stability of a printing ink, in a printing system using a letterpress printer having no circulating system for a large quantity of ink. SOLUTION: Both ends of an anilox roll 2 and a rubber roll 1 or both ends of the roll 2 and a doctor blade are shielded by a shielding plate 3 to prevent a printing ink supplied between the both, and the ink is forcibly cooled in letterpress printing using a letterpress printer having no printing ink circulating system to suppress the ink to a range of 20 to 10 deg.C. An ink composition and a mixing ratio are specified to develop excellent characteristics in a low temperature range.
