PURPOSE:To facilitate a closing loop forming work and the positioning of a connecting terminal by attaching a transparent material on which connecting terminals are arranged at the same pitch as the pitch of inner and outer windings along the end face of a coil unit made of the inner and the outer windings, laser welding them and forming a closed loop. CONSTITUTION:A multicore wire sheet is spirally wound to form an inside cylinder 3 and the multicore wire sheet is again reversely spirally wound on the outer periphery of the previous sheet, thereby forming a coil unit 6 made of inner and outer cylindrical windings. A platelike transparent material 8 on which connecting terminals 7 are arranged at the same pitch as the pitch of the windings of the coil unit 6 is separately prepared. Then, the material 8 is attached along the end face of the coil unit 6, the terminals 7 are positioned on the end face of the respective wires 1, a laser light is irradiated through the material 8, and the terminals 7 are bonded to the wires 1 by the laser welding, thereby forming a closed loop of the coil unit 6. |
