In order to adjustably set electrodes, especially microsoldering or microbrazing electrodes, into position, some actual value detectors (65, 67) are provided which transform the actual value of a magnitude recognized as essential for the action of the electrode relatively to the piece, such as the geometrical position and possibly additionaly the pressure on the supports, into an electric output signal representing the magnitude of the setting allowing to determine the position of the electrode before soldering the piece. The connection between the positionner and a member (50) for positionning the electrode (59) is obtained preferably via an electric motor (42) driving through a toothed wheel (44) a threaded rod (46). As an actual value detector a potentiometer (65) is preferably used and possibly a spring element (67) having a known displacement/force characteristic, detecting a relative displacement between the electrode (59) and a reference system. |
