<p>To renew the paving of a road, the coating is removed or milled, the material is collected, optionally heated and mixed with complementary material and finally set in place. Before laying this new coating, the milled or removed surfacing is heated. The device, carried by a frame, comprises a removing unit (5), a heating device (11) for the removed material, a device for collecting said material (12), a mixer (13), a supply tank (15) for the complementary material, with a carrier belt (17) for the metered supply of the mixer, a heating device for the removed or milled paving, and a laying unit (20) combined with a flattening screw (19) for the material removed and mixed with the complementary material. The mixer (13), arranged under the frame (1), optionally heated, has two bladed cylinders oppositely arranged in a casing provided with a supply opening in the feed direction and with an open bottom towards the coating of the road. The collecting device (12) leads the material removed to the mixer (13). It comprises a metal sheet channel or a conveyor screw connected to a helical brush or a suction operated device. </p> |
