PURPOSE:To enhance the heat radiating effect of an electronic equipment by disposing the side plate and the heat radiating plate of a cabinet together in parallel at a predetermined interval and forming a through hole for inflowing outer air at the position facing the heat radiating plate from the side plate. CONSTITUTION:A -shaped heat radiating plate 25 is mounted on the inner wall surface of the side plate 21 of a cabinet for an electronic equipment, and a power transistor 26 is mounted at the base 251 of the heat radiating plate. A through hole 211 for inflowing the outer air is formed at the part facing the power transistor of the side plate 21. The heat radiated from the transistor is transmitted to the heat radiating plate 25, and the air in the space 32 surrounded by the heat radiating plate and the side plate will rise. The air in the cabinet flows from the direction D, and the external air inflows through the hole 21 from the direction E and outflows in the direction C to thus radiate the heat. Thus, sufficient heat radiating effect can be obtained with a simple structure.
