PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular conductor, a manufacturing method thereof, and an angular insulated wire, to improve lamination factor and insulating characteristics. SOLUTION: A conductor which is round in cross section is made angular by a drawing process using a dice whose hole shape is angular, providing an angular conductor (1) whose cross-section dimension ratio, vertical against horizontal, is 1:1 to 1:2.
