MODESTY PANEL MOUNTING JIG AND MODESTY PANEL MOUNTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modesty panel mounting jig which contributes to correct and efficient mounting of a modesty panel. SOLUTION: The jig 10 is for use in positioning the modesty panel arranged at a midpoint between external wall panels when an external wall of a building is constructed by connecting the external wall panels together. The jig 10 is formed of a pair of cross portions 16, elastic lips 18, and a connecting piece 12. The cross portions 16 are arranged at both ends of the jig 10 and each corresponds in shape to an intersecting portion of joint gaps defined by the external wall panels and the modesty panels. The elastic lips 18 rightward and leftward extend from front end pieces 17 which are each arranged on a tip side of the cross portion 16. Further, the elastic lips 18 have flexibility to be elastically deformed in a thickness direction. The connecting piece 12 connects both the cross portions 16 together.
