Prefabricated concrete panel with simulated brickwork - has brickwork relief by mould casting and brick colour by painting and sand spraying

The panel is cast in a mould, at least one side of which is shaped so that on moulding, the side of the panel has a relief similar to brickwork laid in courses with set cement or motor joints. The brick profile is a truncated cone to aid realism and to make it easier to remove the mould. After removal the exterior surface is painted a brick colour with a roller or brush and then blasted with sand before it is fully dry so that the sand adheres to the face.
