PURPOSE:To surely detect hole flaws, etc. and improve analytical density by displaying the output voltage of a flaw detecting coil and the recording signal of hole flaws or the like on the same recording paper via an electronic change-over switch. CONSTITUTION:A nonmagnetic inspecting tube is excited with a detecting coil 2 by the output of an oscillator 1, and the output voltage of the coil 2 accompanied with the induced eddy current of the tube is wave-form shaped 4, and is applied to a phase comparator 8. On the other hand, part of the output of the oscillator 1 is phase-shifted 5, after which it is wave-form shaped 6, and is converted 7 to pulses (f) and are applied to the comparator 8. From the comparator 8, the input signal corresponding to the pulses (f) is outputted and is applied to an electronic change- over switch 9. The signal waveform through the switch 9 is displayed by a recorder 12. The output of a recording signal circuit 10 for hole flaws or the like is applied via the switch 9 to a recorder 12, by which it is displayed. |
