PURPOSE:To give a priority without varying a sound level relating to service, by executing the operation for giving a priority to an encoded sound signal, independent of the input/output control of an encoded sound signal of a conference participant. CONSTITUTION:An encoded sound signal which is stored in the input register REG is input to the operator MULT, is operated at every channel by the common control unit (not shown in the figure), is input to the comparator COMPR, is compared with a sound signal of the maximum value holding register HOLD.R, namely, an encoded sound signal having the maximum value among the sound signals, and when an input of the operation result is larger, its value is stored in the maximum value holding register, and the speaker concerned is decided as a speaker of this frame. When a priority is given in advance among the conference participants, the coefficients corresponding to its sequence are decided, and the respective sound signals are multiplied by said coefficients in the operator MULT; the conference service can be executed under the influence of whether a voice of the conference participant is loud or low, environmental conditions, etc. |
