PURPOSE:To identify an image of person who has inserted a card, by operating a camera equipment placed near the automatic cash paying equipment of a bank, etc., so as to correspond to insertion of the card, and recording a picture and a code of the card in the video memory device so as to be related to each other. CONSTITUTION:A video camera 8 is placed near the automatic cash paying equipment or the automatic cash deposition equipment of a bank, etc., a card 1 is inserted into the card insertion slit of said equipment, and a code number of the card 1 is read by the code number reader 2. The code number which has been read by this reader 2 is input to the computer 4 through the repeater 3, also is provided to the camera controller 7, the camera 8 is operated intermittently or continuously for a prescribed time in accordance with the read signal, and a person who has inserted a card is photographed. On the other hand, the read signal is provided to the video recorder 11 through the gate 9, and both the video picture 15 from the camera 8 and the code number from the memory 13 are recorded by the recorder 11, so that the code number 15 and the picture 15 can be displayed on the display 12 at the same time. |
