PURPOSE:To deliver a memorandum with a voice by transducing the voice into an electric signal to be memorized. CONSTITUTION:The voice is transmitted from a microphone 1 to an A/D conversion circuit 20 through an amplifying circuit 10. A control circuit 70 stores this in a memory device 60. When a driver pushes a recording switch R, the control circuit 70 inputs the voice in the memory device, and when the subsequent driver pushes a confirmation switch P, it reads out the content of a memory and transmits the same to a D/A converter 30. An amplifying circuit 50 for reproduction amplifies this and delivers the same as a voice output from a speaker 2. Since the memorandum of the driver is recorded with the voice, such a concern as an oversight is eliminated. |
