Source of each circuit is provided by push butten(S6) as well as time-constant of condenser and variable resistance; Pushing the butten by mistake, integrated circuit(IC1IC2) is reset by push butten (S5); When the NAND gate is turned- on through memory circuit(F1F2F3F4), time-constant circuit which constitutes variable resistance(VR1) and condenser(C1); the above condenser is joined between collector of transistor2 and reset-terminal(RS) of integrated circuit; Time-constant circuit which constitutes condenser(C2) and variable resistance(VR2) is joined between source and base of transistor3; and then reset-time constant is shorter than time-constant of source interception.
