摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To inexpensively regenerate the absorbent solution, by introducing an inert gas, unreactive with the prescribed gas and unabsorbable by the absorbent solution, into the absorbent solution absorbed the prescribed gas. CONSTITUTION:The mixed gas is introduced into the absorption column 1 from the lower pipe 7 and the absorbent solution is spread into the column's upper part. The absorbent solution dissolved the prescribed gas is fed to the top of the regeneration column 2 through the pipe 9, and contacts with air introduced from the pipe 12 into the middle zone of the regeneration column 2. A reboiler 3 for heating the absorbent solution is connected to the bottom zone of the regeneration column 2; the reboiler 3 heats the absorbent solution with the use of steam. The prescribed gas vaporized by heating mingles with said air, flows upward, flows out of the top of the column 2, and flows into the condenser 4; the absorbent solution liquefied in the condenser 4 is returned to the top of the regeneration column 2, and the uncondensed air and prescribed gas are taken out of the system through the pipe 11. Meantime, the regenerated absorbent solution is collected in the bottom of the regeneration column 2 and is again spread into the top of the absorption column 1 throgh the pipe 10.</p>
