摘要 <p>A chemical smelting process of sulfide ores such as gold, silver, copper, zinc and iron sulfide is provided to substantially improve profitability by treating the sulfide ores respectively suitable methods according to characteristics of the metal components using chemical product producing facilities, sodium sulfide, hydrochloric acid and additional iron oxide production facilities. A chemical smelting process of sulfide ores comprises the steps of: roasting the sulfide ores in a roaster to obtain SO2 gas, reacting the SO2 gas, fixed amounts of steam and air, and an undiluted salt in a reaction furnace, thereby producing sodium sulfide and hydrochloric acid to remove sulfide from the sulfide ores; injecting hydrochloric acid and water into copper oxide of the sulfide ores roasted in the roaster, injecting sulfuric acid into iron oxide of the sulfur ores, heating the respective mixtures to 30 to 60 deg.C to convert copper oxide and iron oxide into copper sulfide and iron chloride respectively such that copper sulfide and iron chloride together with gold and silver in the sulfur ores have fluidity, and properly stirring and settling the mixture to separate gold and silver from the mixture; and adjusting a pH of a copper sulfide and iron chloride solution to 7 using ammonia, adding an iron scrap to the copper sulfide and iron chloride solution, settling the solution to remove copper hydroxide as a copper component, refining the copper hydroxide into copper sulfide, reacting an iron component with lime powder to convert the iron component into calcium chloride and iron oxide, separating iron oxide and heating the separated iron oxide while injecting air into the iron oxide, cooling the heated iron oxide, and refining the cooled iron oxide using a high quality red iron oxide pigment, thereby separating copper and iron.</p>
