PURPOSE:To increase mechanical strength and prevent the generation of cracks due to the difference of thermal expansion by a method wherein a corrugated insulator is arranged between cylindrical coils, and resin is impregnated to the cylindrical coils and the corrugated insulator, cured, and unified into one body. CONSTITUTION:A fiber material 17a with high strength such as a glass tape and inside winding 11b are wound by using a winding core. A corrugated insulator 18 made of a fabric such as an aromatic polyamide nonwoven fabric is disposed onto the winding 11b, and a glass tape 17b and outside winding 11a are wound. Impregnating resin is impregnated to the electromagnetic coil 11 in vacuum, resin is sufficiently impregnated to the inside and outside winding 11a, 11b and the inside of the corrugated insulator, and the resin is heated and cured by turning the coil in a hot-air curing oven. Thus, a resin molded coil, mechanical strength and an insulating property thereof are excellent and in which cracks are not formed due to the difference of thermal expansion, can be obtained. |
