PURPOSE:To prevent a decrease in resolution by converting an input voltage into a pulse-width signal by making clear the input-output relation while setting polygonal points easily by reducing interference between polygonal points. CONSTITUTION:Input signal voltage Vi from input terminal 1 is converted into a pulse-width voltag by voltage/pulse width converter 3 to drive switch 6 which turns on-off the output of differential amplifier 5. Outputs of potentiometer-PM1-PM4 of set-voltage generating circuit 4 are controlled by switches S1-S4, and S'1-S'4 to input potentials at common points (a) and (b) to input terminal ''+'' and ''-'' of amplifier 5 respectively. On the other hand constant-period pulses CP are counted by counter 9, synchronizing pulse SP from which are applied to converter 3 and also decoded by decoder 10 to control switches S1 and S'1-S4 and S'4 with the signal that corresponds to the binary number of counter 9. Thus, mutual interference between polygonal points is reduced and the input-output relation is made clear to prevent a decrease in resolution. |
