摘要 PURPOSE:To secure such a high frequency dielectric material that is high in Q-value and ease of working by mixing strontium titanate or the like with fluoriphlogopite or the like at a specific weight percentage, and adding a specified amount of glass powder consisting of boric oxide-silicon dioxide-aluminum oxide to this mixture. CONSTITUTION:Glass powder consisting of K2CO3, MgO, Al2O3, SiO2 and MgF2F is mixed and, after being fused, this mixture is comminuted, thus powder of fluorophlogopite is produced. And, SrCO3, PbO and TiO2 are mixed and burned, thus powder composed of SrTiO3 and PbTiO3 is produced. Next, when each weight of SrTiO3 and PbTiO3 is set (x) and weight of the fluorophlogopite is set to 1-x, they are mixed so as to become 0.1<=x<=0.25. Glass powder consisting of B2O3-SiO2-Al2O3 is added to this mixture as much as 20-40 wt.%, and quenched after melting in a crucible. Then, it is reheated at annealing temperature and crystallized. In consequence, such a high frequency dielectric material that is excellent in permittivity and Q-value and ease of working is securable.
