DIGITAL MAP MAKING METHOD

PURPOSE: A digital map manufacturing method based on GPS coordinate and geographical information of drawing images is provided to easily manufacture digital maps by conveniently selecting measurement paths, thereby enabling exact measurement of the distance between different points of the paths. CONSTITUTION: A terminal controller(230) displays various paths. A worker selects a path. The worker moves a vehicle to an end location. The worker inputs a vehicle moving distance to the terminal controller. A GIS(Geographical Information System) controller(320) computes an estimated distance between a start location and the end location. If an error value between the estimated distance and the vehicle moving distance is not in a reference value scope, the GIS controller stores a corresponding section as a real measurement requirement section.
