PURPOSE:To confirm the rising state of charging voltage with one display element by flickering one light emitting element successively at different periods along with rise in the charge voltage during charging of a main capacitor and changing over the same to static display upon completion of the charging. CONSTITUTION:When a power source switch SW1 is turned on, the charging of a main capacitor C1 is started, and until the potential of a connection point Pa exceeds a predetermined value, the inversion input terminal input level of an AND gate AD11 is ''L'' and a light emitting element LED flickers at the frequency f1 from an oscillation frequency OS2. When the potential of the connection point Pa exceeds the predetermined value, the AND gate AD11 opens and the output level of an exclusive-OR gate ER1 rises to ''H'' and a frequency f2 is selected by an AND gate AD12. Further, the charging advances and a neon tube Ne lights upon completion of the charging after a frequency f4 is selected, the potential of the connection point Pe rises to ''H'' and opens an AND gate AD14, by which the light emitting element is put out. |
