PURPOSE:To miniaturize an input matching circuit by using a coaxial line of choke structure as the matching element of the matching circuit. CONSTITUTION:The input terminal of transistor 1 is connected to an external conductor via microstrip line 2 and coaxial line 13. Coaxial line 13 consists of center conductors 11 and 5 and dielectric 12, and center conductor 11 is inserted into center conductor 5 via dielectric 12 to depth l4. Thus, using the coaxial line of choke structure as a matching element miniaturizes the matching circuit and also eliminates the need for a DC stopping capacitor, reducing the loss of the input matching circuit. |
