PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of utilization of a memory and to initialize an address information region only when the power source is put-on by dividing each minor loop into plural regions and by writing-in address information to at least one of those regions. CONSTITUTION:In each minor loop, there is a bit, which is not used as a memory, normally and address information is written there. Interface circuit 18 sets the minor part and major part of an address in data address registers 6 and 7 and sends an indication to read/write indicating circuit 9. Read/write indicating circuit 9 operates start/stop circuit 11 to drive driving circuit 2 for bubble module 1 and minor address counter 10. Once matching circuit 13 detects the coincidence between the contents of minor address counter 10 and those of data address register 6, transfer circuit 12 indicates transfer to a major loop and drives major address counter 16. Matching circuit 14 compares the contents of major address counter 16 with those of data address register 7 and sends a coincidence signal to bubble generating, erasing and dividing circuit 4 to write or read information. |
