The present invention concerns lifting equipment, for example in the form of a slewing crane with operator's cabin, projecting driver's cabin, jib which can be raised and lowered, where the lifting equipment is particularly designed to be used on board a vessel in order, for instance, to service the hold which lies vertically below the side of the cab or near the basement column, and where the jib is symmetrically constructed (i.e. with legs of equal length) and mounted in bearings, relative to a horizontal plane or a central vertical plane, on obliquely fitted fulcrum pins on the operator's cab; or where the jib is asymmetric(with legs of different lengths), and mounted on horizontal fulcrum pins symmetrically or asymmetrically placed on the cab. <IMAGE> |
