<p>PURPOSE:To contrive complete combustion of a rubber tire and effective utilization of the combustion heat possible, by connecting a primary combustion chamber in which a tire is burned with a secondary combustion chamber in which a hot water drum is formed, and placing a hot water reservoir around the drum. CONSTITUTION:A char particle in secondary combustion chamber 8 is ignited and then a tire in primary combustion chamber 1 is ignited after the secondary combustion chamber has reached a high temp by the combustion of the char. Since the primary combustion chamber 1 is a dry distillation boiler chamber, a combustible gas is generated from the waste tire after ignition and is introduced through connection passage 11 into the secondary combustion chamber 8, where it burns together with the char particle. The waste gas is sent through waste gas duct 19 and discharged to outside air after being removed of any cause of public pollution. Since hot water chambers 5, 15 and hot water reservoir 14 are connected with each other, hot water is taken out through hot water outlet 18 of the reservoir 14 and supplied to a hot water tank or utilized for other purpose.</p> |
