PURPOSE:To prevent oxidation of molten solder and to prevent detective soldering by using a solder coating means consisting of a solder storage tank for the molten solder, solder jet forming means and coating roller and work press roller. CONSTITUTION:This device has the solder storage tank 1, the solder jet forming means 2 and the solder coating means 3. The molten solder S sucked through a suction port 4b by an impeller 6 driven by a motor 5 flows through a flow regulating plate 7 and is returned into the storage tank 1 by overflowing from a gushing port 4a of a gushing tank 4. The work W fed by feed rollers 10, 10 is passed between the coating roller 8 and the work press roller 9, then the molten solder S adhered to the outside peripheral face of the coating roller 8 enters the spacing between the work W and the coating roller 8 and is successively coated on the work W. Since the molten solder S in a nonoxidation state is thereby coated, defective soldering is prevented. |
