<p>Dairy and protein products, e.g. cheese, yoghurt, etc. are enriched with medicinal herbs (I). (I) are in the form of tinctures, extracts or powders. Pref. flavourings and consistency changing agents are added. The combination of protein and medicinal herbs activates and promotes the medicinal properties present in herbs and plants.</p> |
