PURPOSE:To obtain a bonding method having an improved adhesion strength, by a method wherein rubber or resin to be adhered is placed over a metal surface to be adhered, and adhering takes place by applying ultrasonic wave to the whole surface in a manner to bring an ultrasonic oscillation head into contact with a portion whereat the two substances are adhered together. CONSTITUTION:A surface of a metal 1, to which rubber, synthetic resin, and other adhering substances are ahdered, is treated into a ragged surface where necessary, or is formed into an uneven surface 3 if necessary. The adhering substance 2 is placed over the metal 1 by use of or without the use of an adhesive agent, and ultrasonic oscillation is applied to the surface by means of an ultrasonic horn 5. This permits the production of a lamination which is excellent in an adhesion strength of the metal to the adhering substances, such as rubber, synthetic resin. |
