PURPOSE:To manufacture the composite product consisting of hard resin and soft resin very easily by a method wherein the hard resin is injected into a cavity of the mold, thereafter, a movable mold is moved to make a new cavity and the soft resin is injected into the cavity. CONSTITUTION:The hard resin 10 is injected into the cavity 16 of the mold M through a nozzle 50, thereafter, the movable mold 13 is moved by a necessary distance to make a new cavity 17 and the soft resin 11 is injected into the cavity 17 through the second injection port 38. This method is suitable to the manufacture of a ventilation panel for a motorcar especially. If the ventilation panel is formed by the hard resin only, the coated film of a rear pillar will be damaged by the hard resin 10 in case the panel is attached to the rear pillar, however, the soft resin 11 is compounded in this case, therefore, such a trouble will never be caused. The manufacturing thereof is also very easy because just moving the movable mold 13 is sufficient enough. The soft resin may be injected firstly. |
