PURPOSE:To eliminate the deformation of a rotor in an outer rotor type motor when the rotor rotates at high speed by extremely reducing the thickness of a slot bridging part of a rotor iron core and filling nonmagnetic material having the same specific weight as that of a permanent magnet in a section where no permanent magnet is disposed between the iron core and an outer cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The thickness of the rotor of an outer rotor type motor in which a bent permanent magnet 7 is disposed between an iron core 4 and an outer cylinder 8 is formed to be the degree (such as 0.2-0.3mm.) to magnetically saturate the outer peripheral bridging part of conductor sealing slots 5 of the iron core 4 in such a manner that the poles between adjacent permanent magnets may not magnetically shortcircuit at the iron core bridging part. Further, nonmagnetic material 14 such as alluminum alloy or the like having the same specific weight as the permanent magnet 7 is filled in the part where the permanent magnet 7 is disposed between the iron core 4 and the outer cylinder 8. Thus, since the centrifugal force can be equalized over the entire periphery of the rotor even at the time of high speed rotation, no deformation occurs at the rotor. |
