<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembling of a step motor and to enable mass production of the motors by holding an oscillator block with an elastic piece projected from one flange of a coil frame, and passing a shaft projected from the other flange through the teeth of the magnetic pole of a yoke to journal a rotor. CONSTITUTION:A crystal oscillator, a frequency divider, a drive circuit and so forth are sealed in a cylindrical oscillator block 1, and the block 1 is coupled with an elastic piece 4a projected from one flange of a stator coil frame 4. An iron core 6 from which a shaft 7 is projected is inserted into the holllw portion of the stator coil frame 4, and a coil frame unit is formed. The coil frame unit is contained in a cylindrical stator yoke 9 opened at one end, the teeth of the magnetic pole provided on the bottom surface of the yoke is passed to project the shaft 9, and the disk- shaped rotor 11 is rotatably journaled. Thus, the assembling work can be facilitated, and mass production of the step motors can be conducted.</p> |
