This invention relates to compounds having the general formula: in which is selected from: a radical in which R'1 is hydrogen and R'2 is selected from hydrogen; C1-6 alkyl; C2-6 alkenyl; C2-6 alkynyl; phenyl; phenyl C1-6 alkyl; mono-, di- and trimethoxyphenyl C1-6 alkyl; C1-6 alkoxy; benzyloxy; di-C1-6 alkylamino-C1-6 alkyl; C1-6 hydroxyalkyl; C1-6 alkyloxycarbonyl-C1-6 alkyl; a radical in which R''1 and R''2 are C1-6 alkyl; a radical in which n is selected from 4, 5 and 6; the radical and the radical and their pharmacologically acceptable inorganic and organic acid addition salts. Said compounds are therapeutically useful for the treatment of dysrhythmia.
