An anti-inflammatory phamaceutical composition is described which is adapted for topical application to the eye and contains as active principle a compound of formula
<Chemistry id="chema01" num="0001"><Image id="ia01" he="27" wi="99" file="IMGA0001.TIF" imgContent="chem" imgFormat="TIFF" inline="no" /></Chemistry>or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof where R<Sub>1</Sub> is a chlorine atom or a methyl group, R<Sub>2</Sub> is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and R<Sub>3</Sub> is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group. The composition may be used to treat ocular inflammation.
