<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the rubber-connecting member having strong adhesiveness by a method wherein polyolefin resin is set intermediately between rubber base materials prepared by compounding rubber, carbon black and petroleum oil together and bonding is made by heat welding of the resin. CONSTITUTION:The rubber base materials prepared by compounding carbon black of 20 parts or more and petroleum oil (ex. paraffin oil) of 30 parts or more in the rubber (ex. ethylene-propylene rubber) of 100pts., which has a solubility constant of 9-7.5, are set at an interval inside the cavity of a metal mold, and the polyolefin resin (ex. PE, PP) melted by heating is injected into the cavity and set by cooling, whereby two rubber base materials are connected through the intermediary of the polyolefin resin.</p> |
