PURPOSE:To obtain the titled film which has a sufficient orientation effect in the fixed direction and is excellent in printing aptitude by drawing a film not drawn consisting of a specified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer in a uniaxial shape in a low temperature low water content region. CONSTITUTION:The titled drawn film is manufactured in such a manner that a film not drawn molded by an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, ethylene content thereof is 20-55mol% and the degree of saponification thereof is 96mol% or more, is drawn at 50-100 deg.C in the one direction under a condition that its specific gravity satisfies a formula d<1.320-4.3X10<-3>X [d is specific gravity at 25 deg.C and X ethylene content (mol%)] and its water content is 1.0% or lower, preferably, zero substantially. Thus, drawing is enabled in a low water content and low temperature region by using the film having specified compositions and specific gravity, and the film is obtained which can multicolor-print without the slippage of colors. |
