摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce in number of spectroscopes, by enabling a spectroscope to conduct measurements on plural locations. CONSTITUTION:Fluxes from plural measurement locations 1, 2 and 3, which are space-wise separaed from one another, are converted to parallel fluxes by collimator optical systems 4, 5 and 6 which are equipped with respective collimator lenses 4a, 5a and 6a, and these parallel fluxes are reflected in the direction of a common image-forming optical system 10 by reflecting members 7, 8 and 9 such as mirrors and prism, etc. At this time, all the reflecting members 7, 8 and 9 are to reflect the parallel fluxes in such a manner that their incident angles to the common image- forming optical system 10 become different from one another. The common image- forming optical system 10 forms images 1a, 2a and 3a of the measurement locations 1, 2 and 3 in length-wise direction of an opening of a slit 13 at entry of a spectroscope 12 through a field lens 11. Spectrum information of these images are spectrally measured.
