PURPOSE:To inhibit the monitor folding and to keep the secrecy of pass word, by providing the command inhibiting the monitor folding and inputting the pass work after the input of command. CONSTITUTION:When the typewriter controller 2 receives the control signal CONT, the AND gate 28 is open and the AND gate 27 is open. Thus, the data output signal DOUT is folded via the gate 27, it is transferred to the print section of the typewriter 1 via the transmission signal storage register 25 and transmission register 22 for printing. On the other hand, when pass word is input, CPU5 makes the control signal CONT to low level with the reception of the special command inputted ahead the input of pass word. Thus, since gates 28, 27 are interrupted, even if the input of pass word is present from the typewriter 1, no folding is made by the gate 27 and the secrecy of pass word can be kept. |
