A prefabricated panel for construction is provided to function as a fire wall effectively by cutting off flames using a partition member with many air holes and not to be wrinkled or bent with improved strength by supporting inner and lower plates using a partition member. A prefabricated panel for construction contains: a panel body(10) formed by placing adiabatic or incombustible/flame retardant filler between inner and outer plates(100a,100b) and provided with a coupling groove(110) and a coupling projection(120) to couple with another panel body continuously; a partition member(200) installed to the center of a space between the inner and outer plates, provided with air holes(201) and composed of partition plates(210) formed in zigzags and cover plates(220) attached to both sides of the partition plate to make the air holes separated from other air holes and filler; and adiabatic or incombustible/flame retardant filler(300) placed in the space among the partition member and the inner, outer plates.
