PURPOSE:To discriminate easily between an incoming call and a call transferred by the absence transfer service, by providing a lamp for absence transfer display to an originating-subscriber's number display device connected to an automatic private branch exchange. CONSTITUTION:Extension telephone set (STA)(B) is set under the absence transfer service to STA(C), and dialing the number of STA(B) in this state transfers the call to STA(C) automatically. Since STA(C) is provided with an originating- subscriber's number display device equipped with an absence transfer display lamp, central controller CC, when to connect the call, discriminates calling STA(C) by the absence transfer service and then sends the extension number information and absence transfer information on STA, thereby displaying the information that the call is a call transferred by the absence transfer service. |
