Non-toxic and anti-static polyethylene film, useful for food packaging, was prepd. by extruding the mixture. The mixture was composed of polyethylene resin 1 wt. part, aliphatic acid amide 0.0002-0.001 wt. part, glycerine mono stearate 0.0004-0.0012 wt. part and 0.0002-0.0008 wt. part wax which was obtained from acra wax C, paraffin wax and sulffa wax. The aliphatic acid was erucamide, oleylamide or stearamide.
